You’ve got all your needs on the doorstep, Newington Green with various coffee shops, deli’s, restaurants. Also have Dalston, Stoke Newington Church street and clissold park 10 mins walk away.
Tube wise Canonbury overground which is a 5/10 min walk + loads of buses into central.
Looking for a easy going sociable flatmate. Usually out and about on the weekends, interests - pub, gym, exhibitions etc. Young professionals, creatives would be ideal.
