Beautiful En-Suite Room

Hello everyone!
We have a lovely double room available in our amazing flat in Canonbury.
The room is available for a short let from two months starting July 27.
The flat is big, a two bedrooms flat, split on two different floors. Big living room, toilet and kitchen downstaris and two bedrooms, each with private own bathroom, upstairs. There is also a garden in common with our nice neighboors, catching the sun in the morning and with a very nice view.
The room available is quite big, standard size, and with private bathroom and a big walk-in closet. The view from the window is very beautiful, it goes from the City and the famous Shard to the wonderful backyards and gardens behind our house, and the Stratford Olympic Park. The room is very bright, on a top floor with a big window, exposed to the sun rays in the morning.
The house is generally in very good condition, new kitchen (washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, drier etc.), fast internet, and big tv 32''.
About the area, well, there is nothing to say! We are litteraly in front of Canonbury Overground station, 20 sec walk (but we don't hear trains running from the flat!), walking distance from Highbury and Islington, Dalston, Newington Green, Angel, plenty of amenities, lovely pubs, bars and restaurants (there's an amazing pub just under our flat!). Definitely an area you should explore!
About us, we are a journalist and a musician of 33 years old. We would like to meet some nice people! Both students and professionals are fine. Couples are also welcomed.
The price per month indicated includes bills!
