Looking for a housemate to join us from end of October. We are currently 4 males, 1 female. We are a group of young professionals all working in central London. We all went to the same University and are a sociable group of friends.
There are 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet room, spacious living room and 6 bedrooms (1 with En suite) - spread across 3 floors. The room available is the one in the photo, on the first floor at the back of the house overlooking a lovely local park.
We have a lovely regular cleaner.
The house is situated in a quiet gated community, with no traffic in front of the house.
Location is great - in the middle of Holloway road station (10 min walk - 5 min bus), Archway station (10 min walk - 3 min bus) and Finsbury Park station (15 min walk to station - 4 min bus). Upper street is also just down the road.
There are many conveniences just around the corner. Sainsbury’s/Tesco/Morrisons within 5 min walk. There is also a Gym 0.1 miles away.
