Heya, how you doin?

I’m leaving my kick ass house to move in with my beautiful girlfriend. And although I shall miss my boys, some bridge need to burn, so trees can grow… and it’s your chance to leave with 3 awesome dudes.

The house is great, over 3 floors, with a massive living room. It is a 5 min walk away from Tufnell Park tube Station, and the area is filled with pubs, restaurants, and shops. The kitchen is nice, there is one toilet and one bathroom. But what really makes it all worth it is the freakin roof terrace. Oh, a cold beer after a long day on that roof terrace… with a cheeky smoke (or not), makes this life all worth it.

The room in question is nice, I won’t lie, it’s not massive. It fits a double bed, there’s also a new wardrobe, and there is space for a small desk. It faces the garden - which is really nice. And the light is very beautiful to wake up to.

The guys are all fully employed: Lollo is a music producer (soon to be famous), Amiro is in banking (soon to be rich) and Thomas is in music marketing (soon to help the music producer become famous). They’re all aged between 26 and 32, very tidy, very nice.

I am looking for someone that con integrate the group, have some cheeky beers with the boys on some occasions, play with Rumi the cat, play some (video)games etc… It is important to feel home, especially in these times. I shall make sure everything goes smoothly with them, and you can contact me for anything.

On a less fun note, we are looking for someone fully employed, or a student that can provide us a guarantor, .
We would like the new comer ASAP.
