The room will be available for a 12 month contract, and will be repainted before you move in.

The Room
The bed, desk and chest of draws will remain, but you are more than welcome to replace them with your furniture to make the room your own.

The monthly rent is £543.97
The Monthly bills are approx £120 (cleaner, virgin broadband, virgin TV full package, council tax, gas, electric, water, household items)

The House
The house consists of 6 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and garden/patio.
We also have an attic and a shed, which is very useful for storage.

We are based in an amazing location.
We are a stones throw from Morrisons, Lidl, Waitrose, Iceland, Holland and Barret, Boots, Argos, Selbys, Odeon Luxe and the Sobell Centre.
Ikea Tottenham is also very quick and easy to get to.

Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line) - 10 minute walk
Finsbury Park (Victoria Line, Piccadilly Line, Main land)- 14 minute walk
Highbury and Islington ( Victoria line, mainland, Overground) 20 min walk, 8 min bus ride.
Stansted Airport - 1 hour away via Tottenham Hale Stn
Eurostar - 20 mins by tube
Victoria Bus and Train Stn - 40 mins by tube
Camden - 20 mins by bus


The Housemates:

We are a mixed bunch of good eggs in our 30s and 40's.
We are all professionals working in education, town planning, housing, social care and architecture.

Our hobbies, likes and interests include, but are not limited to; Yoga, gym, running, live music, gigs, festivals, , cinema, theatre, art, crafts, gardening, outdoors, badminton, cheese, museums, travel, dining out.

Our jobs and external interests mean
we never feel we’re on top of each other.
We all have our own things going, but when we get a chance and our calendars sync, we really enjoy socialising as a house.

We have a relaxed but proactive approach to sharing the usual household responsibilities of keeping the house and garden clean, pitching in as and when without prompt.

We are looking for someone who can fit in nicely into the house, so you should be;

-experienced living in a shared environment
-employed or access to funds to cover rent, bills and any extras that may arise
-proactive in cleaning
