Single room in a clean and laid back flatshare.

We look for a clean, polite and respectful person to move in our single room. We live in this property for over 6 years and the mood of our share is more like a family than just strangers under the same roof... :)

The room is a cozy single room with a desk and chair and the bunk bed on top of it. Very good storage space! (We couldn't take new pictures of the room, but please note that we also installed in the meantime laminated flooring in the rooms).

Our flat is a 4-bed flat with 2 toilets, a separate bathroom, a dining area with 50" TV and a separate kitchen.

The property is in a secure private estate, Caledonian Road and Tufnell Park Tube stations being ~12min walk (Piccadilly and Northen line), and many daily & 24h buses within minutes walk from our step door.
The rent of £550pm includes parking, council tax, internet and water (only electricity is NOT included).

To enter the share we will ask for 1-month deposit and 1-month rent (£1100 in total).
The current contract is already signed on our names, so all the paperwork has been done with the landlord and there will be no headaches with that.

We are:
- Michele, 33, Italian, Freelance Photographer (often out of the country on assignment)
- Polina: 28, Greek, Receptionist
- Simona, 28, Italian, Architect

We are all professionals, friendly really easygoing, clean and laid back. We do enjoy a glass of wine at the evening when we are off, but we do not party in the house and we always clean after ourselves.

Please know that we are not agents trying to fill in an empty room, but we care about living with nice and respectful people only!
