I am looking for a professional, trustworthy, tidy and nice housemate to join me in my newly built apartment. (4 years old). Monthly price includes all bills, council tax and gym - no hidden costs except for a small gym induction fee (about £30) and the initial building sign up admin cost (£120)

The room is ideal for a person who wants to have a secure, clean, calm and convenient home. The gym is great for those who are fitness regulars.

The room could be seen on the smaller side but has a double bed and a large wardrobe with lots of storage space. Previous housemates have put a desk in there too. The room is incredibly light and gets the morning rays.

The wardrobe provides lots of space but there is also space under the bed.

The view is slightly different out of your room window as a new building has gone up, but the sun still hits it and the trees are all still there.

The flat is very modern and the bathroom you’ll use is spa like. The bathroom has a good size cupboard too. This is primarily yours however occasionally the bath may be used.

The living room is very modern and bright and the kitchen is fully equipped and well thought about so you should have everything you need.

The apartment has a good sized balcony with the great views of Alexandra Palace. The park is only 4 minutes walk away, providing acres and acres of lovely greenery - great for running and walks.

The building has a 24 hour concierge service and a fully equipped gym which is also open 24/7. The gym is great!

There are two roof terraces to use which are great to have a summers drink on.
There’s also secure bike storage, a Sainsburys super-store below and a communal landscaped garden.

The apartment is off the road so traffic noise is minimal.

The high street that the development is on is very cool, with lovely bars, pubs and restaurants. The local pub is fantastic and has a great beer garden. This area has everything you need.

Only a 10 minute walk from the center of Crouch End where cafes and bakeries are in abundance and 15 minutes from the start of green lanes - the home for the best Turkish food and the fantastic music bar - Jam in a Jar.

Hornsey train station is a 7 minute walk ( a really nice route to here is through a church - lovely before work) the station gets you to Finsbury Park (Victoria line) in 4 mins, Old Street in 16 mins and Moorgate in 18 mins. The trains are super regular.
10 minutes walk away is Turnpike Lane tube on the Piccadilly line - lots of transport options.

I am looking for a mature, respectful, nice, trustworthy and very tidy person.

My boyfriend lives here with me most of the time as well as our little dog (very well behaved, cute and clean). We are very often away working and or / abroad and very busy when home. main thing is that I need to know the flat is in very safe hands, respected and kept clean and enjoyed!
