Ensuite and double in professional house

We have an amazing ensuite with oodles of storage for one lucky person. 1400pm
ALL IN - that includes wifi, cable, council, electric, gas, weekly cleaner etc. You don’t pay over the £1400 :) and an equally amazing double.
Who are you? A professional who works fairly gruelling hours through the week, but doesn’t mind cutting loose a bit on weekends. You are happy to get involved in other’s friend circles, and happy to invite us into yours.

Who are we? We are a Berlin restaurant owner/ yogi / actress, digital transformation superstar, and an agency extraordinaire who recently met. We like CALM quiet week days which end with good bants and maybe a glass of wine in the kitchen.

The lounge is shared but hardly used it has a fireplace, 2 sofas and a tv.

There is also a dining room, which seats up to 8 people,- perfect for trying to play grownup with dinner parties.

There is an office for days you wFH.

The cycle to the city daily (35 minutes). National Rail is a 7 minute walk and takes 20 minutes to Moorgate or 20 minutes to Kings Cross with a change at Finsbury Park. The 151 will take you straight to London Bridge from the bottom of our road and if you leave before 7:30- takes 40 minutes. Any bus will take you to Manor House (10 minutes) and from there you have access to Piccadilly lines and Victoria- changing at Finsbury Park (1stop away). There is also the overland which goes from green lanes (10 minute walk) taking you to Walthamstow or Hampstead.

The area is vibrant with lots of bars and restaurants, although our street is quiet. Its a great mix....
