Big furnished room 19'2" x 12' with fairly new Ikea double bed, bookcase, etc, plus extra smaller room, (sitting room, but isn't used by current flatmate) in 2-bed flat very near Alexandra Park in a lovely quiet leafy road.
Can be flexible with furniture.
Available from April 15th but can possibly be a bit earlier/later.
Kitchen has all the usual things included a nice big fridge/freezer & good washing machine.
The flat also has an attic for extra storage, and a small back garden/patio.
Share communal areas with Jane (from Scotland). She is tucked away down the other end of the flat, & is usually busy in her room working on her various projects.
A chilled creative individual who designs theatre sets (working from home at present) and when she's not doing that, is usually out doing her training.

Lock down restrictions have been fully respected.

Bills included except for gas & electricity, which is shared.
Looking for someone who is clean, friendly, & isn't too noisy. Can do a short let if needed.
Also, video viewing available initially, if required.
