Double room in Harringey Ladder

Move in 1st Feb - I’ll move out Sunday 30th so you can have it from then 😄

Lovely double room in friendly house share. Room itself is light with a window looking onto the garden, double bed, wardrobe, and chest of draws. As you can see from the pictures a perfect space for a desk (current desk is large 120cm).

House is large with big bright living room, and combined kitchen and dining room. We have a TV set up for all your Netflix needs. Big garden which is an added bonus. Unique selling point here is the waterfall shower which is always a pleasure to use!

The house is just off the sort after Green Lanes with lots of restaurants, bars, pubs and shops. 10 mins from Turnpike Lane and 20 from Manor House. Well connected to Piccadilly and Victoria lines. We’re a 10 min walk from the lovely Finsbury Park too.

You’ll be living with three lovely girls, Ellis, Sophie, and Rianna (24-27). Ellis works in marketing (wfh), Sophie is a teacher, and Rianna is in sales (part wfh). **Sophie has two cats of her own, they’re chill and she takes all the care of them**

We’re looking for a friendly female, who will be up for occasionally doing things as a house such as watching tv together, having a glass of wine, or joining in on the odd pub quiz. Ideally would like somebody to stay longer term too 🤗

I’m moving out to go back to my family home due to the recent loss of a close family member.

Rent and Bills:
Rent: £590
Bills: £80 depending on summer/winter use
Deposit: £691.25 in deposit protection scheme (your name will replace mine on the DPS and you pay the deposit to me directly) the Estate Agent will explain this for you to reassure you it’s safe.
