I am looking for someone to take over the lease in my room in a dreamy 3 bed flat in Zone 1 (Euston/Camden area). The room is very spacious and comes fully furnished.
The flat is less than a -minute walk from Euston station and a 10-15 minute walk to St Pancreas/ Kings Cross station. The transport location is honestly ideal.
The flat is also a 15 minutes walk to Camden, a 15-minute walk to Regents Park and a 20-minute walk to Soho. There are loads of cafes, supermarkets and pubs nearby as well!
About the flatmates: You will be living with two very kind lovely people called Dean (a journalist) and Nicole (a PhD student). They are very easygoing, clean, respectful and friendly (and often leave baked goods in the kitchen, which is a bonus).
Please note there is no living room, however as I mentioned the rooms are all very spacious and one of them has a couch and is big enough for regular movie nights /hangouts.
Boring bits:
Bills are roughly £50 per month.
Council tax is £80
I am fairly flexible with move-in dates between now and August 17th.
