Apartment In Great Location NW1

THIS IS A MONDAY-FRIDAY LET only.

I will not respond to mail for long term 7 days a week.

I have a lovely double room available from December but may be able to accommodate in November. In the room there is a double bed, set of draws with a space to hang your clothes, the room has a large wardrobe, this is partially used by me for storage but if you needed soul use we could sort something out. You would share kitchen, bathroom and living room with 1 other, me. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a 4 story block with uninterrupted views, It's like living in the clouds so has an airy feel about it. There is a large shared roof terrace also with uninterrupted views, nice space in the summer to watch the sun go down over a glass of wine.

Excellent location 3 min walk to Regents Park, central Camden a 10 min walk and St Pancras/Kings Cross 15-20 min walk, Soho/ central London 25-30 min walk, bus that takes you to Regents St and Westminster 2 min walk and 10-15 min walk to 6 tube lines.

About me, Im a self employed artist/photographer and am in the process of setting up a business, teaching photography. I currently work from home most days but this will change. I am easy going and sociable but occasionally need a little down time.

I am looking for a friendly easy going optimist, no party animals as the apartment and me are quiet also my bedroom is off the living room. Guests are ok but not 24/7 if you are entertaining I would expect you to use your own room. Must be clean, tidy and respectful of shared space.
