A two floored three bedroom 1600 sq ft modern flat with terrace (and bbq) three double bedrooms with built in wardrobes and three bathrooms and toilets. wi fi 50 inch plasma, opposite the engineer pub and 3 mins walk from regents park and primrose hill parks and a five minute walk to camden town or chalk farm tube. The room is a bright spacious double bedroom with air conditioning and a large bathroom (shower) next door to the room. The other two bedrooms are en suite. Fully furnished. The flat is secure, modern, bright new and clean with a great energy and views of skies. The 2nd person in the flat is a very cool fun 8 year old girl, so only those that like kids to apply. The price includes cleaning 1 x per week.
Looking for a short term let with someone that has roots and contacts in london and likes to be out and about, if you like to cook and cook well its a bonus. Do not want anyone that parties or that will want to be bringing lots of people to the flat or coming and going at all hours of the night. With the current situation with covid it’s important that as much care is taken as reasonably possible to ensure that covid is not brought into the house.
