THE FLAT
Extremely modern ground floor, 2 double bedroom flat with open plan kitchen and living room area. Bathroom is finished to a very high standard. Hard wood floors in bedrooms and kitchen/living room area. Lovely south facing garden which gets a lot of sun in the summer - great for BBQs and chilling out with a beer/wine!

THE ROOM
A large double with big windows so it's lovely and bright! Room is unfurnished apart from a big wardrobe which also has drawers and a large white chest of drawers. There is a double bed in the room which the current flatmate is open to offers for.

THE AREA
In between Kensal Rise and Harlesden. Under 10 mins walk to Willesden Junction train station which has the overground and Bakerloo line (plus some corner shops on the way).

YOUR NEW FLATMATE
You'll share the flat with me (Bex), a 33 year old professional, working in the media/ad tech industry. Originally from South Wales and have been living in London for the last 4 years.

Have lived in the flat for 2.5 years and now searching for someone for the room as my current flatmate is leaving to return back home to Aus. Our private landlady is super laid back and easy to deal with.

I work Monday-Friday 9-6 and evenings are spent out socialising (dinner, drinks, band practise, etc) or at home (drum/keyboard practise - both are equipped with headphones!! Working on a craft/DIY project or just chilling with a good TV series and cooking). I love to travel and do so occasionally with work so there may be times when you have the flat to yourself for a week or two.

YOU
While I have my own hobbies and am independent in this way, I am looking for someone I can be friends with and not just a flatmate. The occasional trip to the pub/wine at home/BBQ in the summer would be great.
You should also be a professional (alternative working hours welcome - does not need to be a 9-5er), easy going person who takes pride in the place they live in. I have made the flat very homely and my current flatmate and I do our fair share of cleaning so I am looking for someone who will continue this.

COSTS
Rent: £950 a month – due on 7th of the month.

Security deposit: £1275.

Bills: approx. £110/month which includes council tax, water, TV license, Netflix and Sky TV & broadband. We also get a British Gas bill once a quarter which can vary depending on our usage and from summer - winter.
