Myself (35F) and my partner (42M) are looking for someone chilled, sensible and respectful to share our split-level flat with with. Our schedules usually take us away from home Tues-Fri, so it’s unlikely you’ll see very much of us - in reality you will mostly have the flat to yourself.
It’s therefore really important to us to find someone who will treat our home and belongings with care - we will always leave it clean, tidy and hoovered for you and would appreciate the same in return!

You’ll be renting a bright and airy bedroom which has double doors opening out onto our fantastic private garden, which catches the sun all day until sunset! Completely out of sight of neighbours, we’re very lucky to have such a beautiful spot to relax outside in after work.
The bedroom has a hanging rail for your clothing through the week, as well a drawer to store your belongings in your absence.
Laundry of bed linens will be provided (washing machine available for personal use also).

Our brand new kitchen is well equipped with top-spec appliances including a Nespresso machine and air fryer.

For indoor entertainment, we have a fantastic home cinema setup linked to a Roku (with Netflix/Prime Video etc) which projects onto the large wall in the living area. You’ll never want to watch a movie any other way!
There is also a wall mounted Roku TV in the bedroom for bedtime series binging or playing music.
