Large, friendly five bedroom house with use of garden, lounge with Netflix and Sky and kitchen situated in Temple Fortune, which is one tube stop away from Hampstead and close to the Heath. Not all the bedrooms are used as bedrooms so it’s not crowded. Communal areas cleaned weekly. Minutes walk to the bus stop, shops and 20 minutes walk to the tube station or a seven minutes by bus to the northern line. The Marks and Spencers and Waitrose are a 5 minutes walk plus a lot of ready food shops. The room is very large, bright, spacious and private in a modern and very clean house. The atmosphere is friendly and very pleasant, it’s not a party house but we are sociable. I am a live In landlord with one lodger. My lodger is a lovely, professional lady in her thirties and is also a yoga teacher in her spare time and We are both very friendly. Smoking is acceptable outside only. Free parking on the road. All bills and internet are included. The house is clean, modern with good quality, attractive furnishings. The room to let is very large, has a comfortable kingsize bed with nine single wardrobes, two bedside tables, a large TV and a chest of drawers. The shower room is modern and across the passage and may be shared with one other person occasionally. It is a very comfortable home which has an alarm system for security and the area is safe. It’s a caring environment without interference of your privacy and we have respect for each others needs. It is ideal for someone who is looking for a home, is clean living, decent, honest and happy to keep the communal areas clean and tidy. It’s a happy home with a harmonious vibe.
