Hi! We have a double room available in our 3 bedroom rooftop apartment in NW2 between Kilburn and West Hampstead, Zone 2 jubilee line.
The room itself is spacious and furnished with double divan bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside drawers. There is a separate private bathroom for use by this tenant only, with shower, bath, toilet, sink and plenty of space. The communal kitchen and living room are also very spacious and light. BONUS - we have a large rooftop space which is perfect in summer (don't worry there's a lift), we love a good BBQ and chill by the firepit ☀️
The location is ideal within 10 mins walk to Jubilee line at Kilburn Station, overground at Brondesbury, Thames link at West Hampstead and night buses right outside the building. Lots of local shops, bars, cafes and amenities in close proximity. We're also close to green spaces and parks such as Gladstone Park and Golders Hill Park.
Rent includes all bills including TV license and fibre broadband, and is due on 25th each month via standing order. Deposit is £500 held in DPS.
About us - we are Nicola (31) and Liam (40). We are a couple who love to cook, have movie nights, drinks at the local, pub quizzes, live music etc. We aren't a party house but like to socialise and also appreciate privacy. We'd love to meet a friendly person with good vibes, great housesharing etiquette, professional preferred (no students sorry), and veggie/vegan preferred 😀. Love of plants and a crime documentary is appreciated! 🌻😁
