It's near loads of transport with a ten minute walk to Kilburn tube or catch the bus. Also close to Brondesbury Overground and C11 cross town bus just outside so easy to get to Royal Free.

The flat is in a converted Edwardian house so has large rooms! The room has a double bed, bedside tables, desk, two chest of drawers and large wardrobes. The kitchen/diner is huge and modern with windows at both ends. There is an additional bathroom and toilet in the flat. This is a 3 bedroom flat but I am away a lot usually staying once a month or more depending on work.

A cleaner is included in the rent and she comes in every two weeks. I might consider renting to a couple and the rent for two people would be £1500 per calendar month.

The flat is close to a gym. It is also walking distance to the gorgeous Hampstead Heath and swimming ponds and also 15 mins walk (or 5 on the bus) to the vibrant West End Lane in West Hampstead where there is a farmers market on Saturdays. Its a great place to live and would suit a quiet, independent non smoking professional person who values a super clean and elegant house . PS there is a bike ring in the drive to secure a bicycle.
