Two Double Rooms Zone 2 In Social House

It's with regret that two of us are leaving the Howard House family and our two double rooms are up for grabs!

The first room which is a small/cosy double bed room is £400 - single occupancy only

The second room is a medium/larger size room for £500 (single) or £600 (couple)

Bills are roughly 30-50pp per month depending on the season!

We like to enjoy a drink together watching Netflix, going to the park/local pub (pre covid), celebrating Friday's, cooking nights and are looking for another social bean to join the family.

Massive 3/4 storey Victorian house with a garden, a large lounge, separate kitchen, laundry and two bathrooms.

NW2. 10 minute walk to Willesden Green station (Zone 2) or a 5 minute walk to Cricklewood Thameslink Railway.

Gladstone Park is only a 6 minute walk away perfect for summer hangs and walks.

Cricklewood high street is only a 2 min walk with an abundance of shops, co-op, Iceland, fruit/veg market, Tesco and all the chicken shops you could desire.

Living with a social bunch of English, Australian and Romanian.

Both rooms come furnished.
