Beautiful room that is furnished with a comfortable double bed, under bed storage, large open wardrobe, desk & chair. There are some other pieces of furniture in the room at present which I may be open to leaving behind for an additional cost. The room looks out onto the communal courtyard and receives the sun in the mornings which is lovely.

- - The property - -
Spacious three bedroom flat with a shared modern kitchen, bathroom and separate WC. There is also a large living/dining room with a 50' tv that has surround sound and a Juliet balcony. We have access to a garage which is handy for storing additional items like suitcases etc.

Bills aren’t included in the rent but come out as roughly £130 a month.

The flat is in a great location in between West Hampstead, Kilburn and Cricklewood with a local Tesco, Sainsbury's and Co-op within a few minutes walk. Kilburn station (Jubilee Line) and Brondesbury station (Overground) are a 5-10 minute walk away which is great now that London is starting to reopen with lockdown easing. Nearby there are some lovely local bars, restaurants and independent shops which are well worth a visit.

- - The household - -
Currently I live with two great flatmates, Jack and Nina who I am sad to be leaving. Jack is 27, English and works as an electrical engineer whilst Nina is 25, South African and currently completing her Masters. We all get on well and have made this flat our home, enjoying spending time together socialising but also appreciating time on our own.

Our landlord is very friendly and is always at the end of the phone if we ever need anything but otherwise he leaves us be.
