Double Room in Friendly Sociable Houseshare NW2

We have a lovely double room with high ceilings to rent in our spacious 4 bedroom house in Cricklewood.

We’re a really friendly and sociable house - we do a lot of activities together and regularly go out as a group. We’re a fashion buyer (F 30) and trainee makeup artist for film & TV (F 22). We also have two adorable cats called Keith and Margot who are really affectionate and a constant source of entertainment! They’re house cats so don’t go outside and are very clean. It’s definitely a family vibe - a home, not just a house share.

The house has a communal living room, kitchen/dining room, two toilets, one bath and one shower. We also have a big garden. As you can see from the photos we love plants and have made it very homely! Rent is £500 and includes all bills apart from electric, gas and water which is £20-£50 max a month, broadband which is £7, and our cleaner which is £30.

The room is furnished but the landlords will take away anything you don’t want. The landlords (a husband and wife) are both really friendly and super quick to help out with anything we need.

There are great transport links - the bus stop is a 2 min walk away, then it’s a 5 min bus ride to Willesden Green or 7 mins to Kilburn (both jubilee line zone 2). Otherwise we’re a 5 min walk away from Cricklewood (thameslink)
