1 large double with shower room. We have a garden!

My flatmates and I have one very large double room with private shower room (not en suite but opposite the bedroom) available in our beautiful flat in Golders Green. The flat has a modern kitchen, a lovely and spacious living room with oak wooden flooring and a garden which we share with the flat downstairs.
Our flat is a duplex in a semi-detached house. It is only 10 minutes walk from Golders Green Station. There are also brilliant bus links.
We keep the flat clean and tidy so we'd like to find someone who are also clean and tidy.

Once the room is taken, the landlord will draft a joint tenancy agreement between all four tenants.
The landlord asks for character and financial references.

And here is a bit about us:
I'm 36 and I'm a nanny and I work during the day Monday to Friday. My flatmates are both 24. One works from home or nearby cafes/libraries and the other in the South Bank Centre, mostly evening and weekends.
