This is a family home, last child recently moved out. There will be times when you may be on your own.

I have a quiet sunny Double Room (but for single occupancy) on the first floor with ensuite. There is a small snug with a desk on ground floor for wfh.

You may also use the Main living room which has the TV.
Use of fully equipped kitchen. Separate laundry room.

We are located on West Hampstead/ Cricklewood/ Kilburn borders; nearest Tube is KILBURN – zone 2. Cricklewood Mainline via St Pancras to City is a 3 min walk. Brondesbury Station for Overground to Stratford and Richmond is 4 stops on bus which is 3 mins walk. Several bus routes from this stop also operate.

We are in a Residents parking area, permit required (Camden).

I have 1 cat. You must like animals as he has a free run of the house but can be kept out of your room and main Living room. You may be asked to feed him on occasion.
WiFi is available throughout the house.
Room is cleaned once per week and bedding changed weekly, except when I am away.
