Hello!
We have TWO DOUBLE ROOMS available from 10th June in a 3 bed apartment a 5-10 minute walk from: Swiss cottage, chalk farm and Belsize park. Finchley road and frognal and Hampstead Heath are 15-20 minutes walk for overground.
(Full disclosure - the tenancy runs from the 10th July - for one year but the rooms are available earlier.)
**If you’re looking to move a little earlier, I’m happy to offer my room immediately as due to the outbreak I’ve lost my work until 2021 (yay self employment) and have relocated to Dorset to live with my parents. **
Rooms are spacious and have double beds, built in wardrobes and Chest draws as well as a bed side table. There’s a storage room in the flat too where you can put suitcases etc. Kitchen, bathroom (with bath and shower) separate toilet and living room. The living room also has a sofa bed, super handy for if you have visitors! The flat is in a tower block, and on the 4th floor. There are two lifts as well as stairs entrance. There are currently some building works going on around the building, but they should be completed by winter.
I am leaving the property, as is the other girl but you’ll be living with Anna - in her 40s and from Argentina originally. She’s a UX designer and happy to socialise in the flat, whilst still expecting privacies.
Price for each room is £563.33 per month, which gets transferred to the estate agent on the 10th of each month. Your first month will be of the old tenancy and then for July you’ll be required to provide two references And put down a deposit of one months rent. The landlord himself is pretty chilled - I’ve never had any contact with him but whenever maintenance has been needed the estate agent provides repairs quickly and at no expense. The estate event is RHW ESTATES on Finchley Road, so just around the corner from the property.
BILLS tend to come to around £100 each per month (electricity, water, council tax and broadband) These were divided between the three of us so I’m sure Anna will sort them out between you all.
It’s a gorgeous flat, in the most amazing area of town. The flat is nice and warm in the winter and a steal for NW3!
You can also apply for a parking permit - it’s about £100 per year to park outside on the street parking.
Obviously with current government guidelines to show the property, it’ll be a social distancing protocol. If you’re an ESSENTIAL WORKER and would like to move ASAP (there’s multiple hospitals and care homes near by) happy to show you around via Skype and put you in touch with Anna if you’d like to take my room ASAP. Any questions please feel free to drop me a message on my mobile number listed.
If you are interested and still reading my Essay (I like to make sure all the information is listed 🙈) please feel free to call or text me with a little about yourself and we can sort a viewing.
