The flat is situated in a cool 1950s block in Dartmouth Park, and is a three minute walk from Hampstead Heath. On the third floor, the blue-and-white tiled balcony extends the length of the flat and offers fantastic views of Dartmouth Park. One shared bathroom, kitchen and living room, with double doors out on to the balcony. Kentish Town tube is a seven minute walk down the hill, or Gospel Oak Overground is just round the corner. A bus to Tottenham Court Road, Euston or Kings Cross takes around 15 minutes. Good for anyone whose primary home requires a long commute and needs a stylish, clean comfortable room.
