4 minutes walk from Tufnell Park tube station and 5 minutes walk from Hampstead Heath. Light and airy large room, for single use. Available from Monday to Friday only. The room has a double bed, comfortable chair, desk, chest of drawers and fitted cupboards and a tv. All bills included including use of wi fi. Modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, use of washing machine. Lovely south facing garden. The bathroom is only occasionally used by one other person who is in London three or four nights a week. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. The house is a pretty Victorian terrace in a quiet safe residential street. 5 minutes walk away from Tufnell Park Tube Station (Zone 2). The tube journey takes 10 minutes to Kings Cross/St. Pancras, and 15 minutes to Waterloo. The house is 10 minutes walk from Thameslink and Silverlink Stations. There are many local bus routes from Tufnell Park and from Highgate Road. There are easy road links to the A1, M1 and North Circular Road.
There are a number of nice local gastro pubs and cafes. There are also food shops nearby that stay open late, some of them 24 hours. There is also a Sainsbury's local within 5 minutes walk. The house is about 5 minutes walk away from the Parliament Hill side of Hampstead Heath, where there are tennis courts and acres of green space for walking/running, and the swimming ponds.
You would be sharing the house with one professional female who works from home and one other lodger who stays three or four nights during the week. The room will be cleaned fortnightly and is available from Monday to Friday only.
There is also one small cat in the house.
