We are a young professional couple looking for someone in their 20s or 30s to rent our spare double room. We’re sociable and would like someone who’d enjoy sharing the odd meal or film night, but we both lead busy lives so we’re not always about. The room is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, cupboard, chest of drawers, storage cabinet, and wardrobe. It has a big window so is very bright. The house consists of two double rooms and a study, kitchen, dining area and living room which leads out onto a private garden. We also have a lovely cat who enjoys cuddles!
