My boyfriend and I are moving out of our lovely flat in an effort to reduce my very long commute. We have absolutely loved living in the flat for the last 16 months! The flat is spacious and bright with a very large living room and a beautiful kitchen. The flat is over two floors with bathroom, hall, living room, a bedroom and kitchen on the first floor.
On the top floor there are two bedrooms, including our room. The bedroom itself is a very big double and has sliding wooden wardrobes running along one side of the room, so there is tonnes of storage space. The bedroom also contains a large desk which is perfect for working from home (ask my boyfriend!). The flat is in a beautiful Georgian terrace building.
The location is perfect with Hyde Park, Regents Park and Paddinton Rec all in walking distance. It also boasts excellent transport links with Kilburn Park tube Station and Kilburn High Road overground just around the corner. Total bills are around £70 a month each. The existing flatmates are two lovely professionals in their mid twenties.
