My flat comprises two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom( recently redone and loads of storage ) bright and airy reception room ( high ceilings and big windows) leading to a fully fitted separate kitchen( complete with all essential millennial home appliances-washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, smoothie maker, spiralizer etc). There is ample storage space and it is tastefully decorated throughout (throw pillows galore)

Your bedroom is fitted with a double bed,(with under bed storage) double wardrobe, chest of drawers and hanging bookshelf. Note if your job requires you to work from home. The room is not big enough to have a desk but the living room is very spacious and luckily separate from the kitchen. This can be utilised as your working area if needed. I am also currently working from home.

Location is the best thing about this place. located in the heart of NW6, Oxford Road provides an excellent location, close to the green open spaces of Paddington Recreation Ground and with the extensive amenities of Kilburn High Road within easy reach. Local transport includes Kilburn Park Underground Station (Bakerloo line), Kilburn High Road Station (overground ), and several buses for reliable options into the West End, the City and around central London.


I work in the pharmaceutical industry. i’m a massive foodie, so I like trying out new cuisines either cooking or going out to eat. I try (and often fail) to go to the gym to afford my foodie lifestyle. I also love traveling and try to go away a few times a year. Most evenings I like chilling at home with a nice dinner, wine and Netflix. My weekends I use to explore london through searching for the ultimate brunch spot.

My Ideal lodger is someone who is friendly and easygoing. Happy to do their own thing sometimes but open to socialising from time to time.
Also Someone who will treat my place like a home( I. e keep it clean and make it cosy).
