Modern New-Build 2 Bedroom Apartment

Currently looking for a new flatmate to share a modern newly built two bedroom apartment. My past flatmate of four years is moving out due to a job opportunity abroad, leaving the room available.

About the property...
The apartment is on the top floor of a new building offering great views of the surrounding area. The available bedroom is a good size, I've attached the floor plan so you can get a feel for the layout of the apartment. The flat is furnished, but if you have your own furniture you'd prefer in the room, than that can easily be accommodated. The communal areas of the building are cleaned weekly and generally residents are all pretty friendly and considerate. There are two balconies in the property which I've recently bought an outdoor table set and some bamboo screening for, which creates a nice outdoor space for relaxation and entertainment when the weather is amenable.

About me...
I'm a UCL graduate and work as a junior doctor just outside London. This often means I'm mostly out of the flat during the days, and enjoy travelling in my time-off. Recently visited Brazil, France, Japan, Spain, Indonesia and Sweden in the last year. Whilst my own room can be messy at times (especially if work is busy), communal areas are always kept presentable and tidy for use. I appreciate cleanliness and hygiene, but certainly would not describe myself as neurotic. Rather than rules and rotas, I feel a culture of mutual respect and understanding goes a long way in ensuring the space is kept in good condition and everyone feels super comfortable in their own home. As a Londoner, lots of friends and family are also based around the city. So when I get the chance, I like to catch up with them over dinner, drinks, films, theatre, and the occasional night out. I also go to a local gym (very sporadically) and trying to do more reading for pleasure.

About the area...
The apartment building has a Sainsbury's, pharmacy and gym on the ground floor of the complex. It is a 5 minutes' walk away from Colindale Underground Station (Northern Line). This will get you directly to Euston or King's Cross Station in 22 minutes, Old Street (City) in 27 minutes or London Bridge in 34 minutes. From Friday morning to Sunday night, this underground station is open continuously and served by the Night Tube. There is also Mill Hill Broadway Station which is a bus/bike ride or 15 minute walk away which runs the Thameslink train service. This will get you to London Blackfriars in 31 minutes, or has transport links to Bedfordshire for those working North of London. The building also has a dedicated bike storage area on the ground floor. The area has recently introduced controlled parking zones for residents on nearby streets within certain times. I own a car as I drive to work, and parking nearby isn't typically a problem. There are also local bus services to surrounding areas of North London and Central London. The area is currently undergoing regeneration and thus there are lots of other neighbouring new build complexes, which I'd say has shifted the population of the area to a more youthful and vibrant demographic. However all the building works in the vicinity were completed early this year, so no need to worry about any noise nuisances.

About the price...
Price is inclusive of the rent and all bills, including council tax. The security deposit amount may be negotiable on short term rents. However would prefer long term tenancies looking to settle somewhere at least for a year or so. Happy to discuss the pricing structure, so don't hesitate to ask.

In summary...
The ideal flatmate for me would ideally be a fellow young professional or postgraduate student with ambition and varied interests. I'm pretty happy in the company of others and my own, and I would probably vibe well with someone who thinks the same of themselves.
