The flat is in a new building in Elephant & Castle (SE1 6FL), 3 minutes walk to the tube station with northern, Bakerloo line and train. Mercatto Metropolitano is just next door and the location is very convenient (15 minutes walk either to Waterloo , Blackfriars or London Bridge)

You will have access for free to the services of the building like gym, cinema, bike parking , communal garden and concierge 24hrs

The Building has as well common areas with working stations and there is air conditioning in the common areas ( Quite useful if you are working from home and want to change sometimes the working environment or to work during summer)

The room is completely furnished including a 135 cm bed , work desk and build in wardrobe . Also you will have your own private bathroom . The house is totally equipped , even bed lines and towels .

Weekly cleaning of the common areas is included.

- 3 nights: 760
