We have a room available in a three bed flat with a super bright and spacious living room, fully fitted kitchen and separate bath and toilet.
It has wooden floors throughout and benefits from central gas heating and double glazed windows. The building is surrounded by a park and green space and the living room gets lots of evening sun.
The room comes with a double bed, desk, drawers and a built in wardrobe, but the landlord is happy to add/remove any furniture. Bills are around £50-60 a month. The flat will also be repainted before moving in.

The nearest stations are Elephant & Castle and Borough with less than 10 minutes walk, London Bridge is only about 15 minutes, so there’s excellent transport links to the city. There’s also loads of busses which stop super close to the flat. There’s lots of shops and restaurants around and Tate Modern is only about a 20 minutes walk.
We are in our early twenties, Beata studies and works part-time in hospitality and I am currently working full-time for a social enterprise. Whilst we like to have time for ourselves and respect each others privacy, we are always keen on having dinner/drinks together.
We’re looking for someone ideally in their twenties, professionals and students welcome. I will also be adopting a cat in the near future, so if you’re allergic this one might not be for you.
