Double Room SE1 opposite Southwark station

My housemate is sadly leaving in Feb 2022 and I’m looking for someone to take over her contract (minimum 6 months!). I’m looking for a pretty chill housemate that likes to hang out in the evenings, but I do work quite long hours (and some days from home) so would ideally like someone who is also a professional so we’re roughly on a similar weekday schedule!

The 2 bed flat is modern and has a gigantic living room (and an 8 seater dining table!) and it is a 10 second walk from Southwark station (you can see the station from the kitchen window) and a 3 min walk from Waterloo. There is also a Tesco below the flat so everything is incredibly convenient! The outside of the building is also being redone currently so should be brand new when you move in :). Both rooms are also doubles and have huge built in wardrobes with tons of space.

Reference check requires at least the last 3 months payslips (so ideally Dec, Nov and October)
