Large Double in Gorgeous Ctrl London Neighbourhood

I am very sad to be leaving this house- I have had the most wonderful time due to its excellent location, lovely neighbours and flatmates, and the luxury of having so much space in central London! I am looking for someone who will love it as much as I do.

It is a 4 bedroom Georgian house in a historical neighbourhood with limited access to traffic, which makes it incredibly quiet. There is a large back garden (which I have made a wildlife haven- I hope whoever moves in will appreciate it as much as I have) as well as a central shared garden for the Square.

The room itself is very big on the ground floor. It comes unfurnished but all the furniture seen in the pictures must be sold because I am moving back to the States, so I'd be happy to sell it to whoever moves in.

The house has a physiotherapist who is very sporty, a tech start-up star who also loves the gym, and a TFL worker who loves to treat us to delicous doughnuts from the doughnut shop near London Bridge.

My move is work related and very sudden, so it is with a heavy heart that I'm having to leave. I've made wonderful friends in the neighbourhood (there are lot's of neighbourhood socials!) so I hope whoever moves in will enjoy these things as much as I have.
