Charming Grade II listed circa 1790s Georgian coach-house, set in a tiny quiet cul-de-sac (with no through traffic) on the corner of a peaceful garden square in Kennington/Waterloo, zone 1 (please note: also inside the congestion zone if you drive, although we don’t have a parking space. )

Includes weekly cleaner for communal areas. One boy and one girl, both civil servants, who walk to work in Whitehall, (to give you an idea of how central we are.) There is also one girl who works in the city. Hard-working, tidy and quiet house. The occasional dinner or garden party is fine, after-parties are not! No smokers please.

Between Lambeth North and Elephant and Castle (both within 5 minutes) and Southwark and Waterloo stations (15 minutes,) Mercato Metropoliano and Borough Market for food and bars. National Theatre, Tate Modern, Globe Theatre, Southwark Playhouse, Old Vic and National Film Theatre all within 2km of the house along the South Bank.

No couples, no pets, guest stays within reason IE not more that a few days here and there.
