One large double room available in a bright, clean, house, in a quiet residential road in Lee, London SE12. Just a few minutes walk from Lee Station with connections to London Bridge , Greenwich, New Cross, Blackheath etc.
The double bedroom is large, brightly-painted and in good decorative order, with pine striped floor, desk, chest of draws, wardrobe rail. The shared house has two shower/bathrooms and two toilets.

The full fitted kitchen is spacious, bright and well-equipped and looks onto a lovely, sunny, green back garden.
All bills are included and the broadband is super fast.

You will be sharing the house with 3 other friendly and easy going, professional, people of various ages . We speak a range of languages, German, French, Italian and Irish. We are a relaxed friendly bunch of people. We welcome all ages, genders. We are often out and busy but also like to chat and relax over food in the kitchen garden in the summer months.

10 minutes’ walk to Lee train station - 10mins train to New Cross (Goldsmiths Uni), 20 mins Train/DLR to Greenwich University, 15 mins to London Bridge – 2 mins to 2 buses: 10 mins to Catford, Lewisham or Blackheath, all 3 having a choice of many cafes and pubs, and a wide variety of shops, as well as a selection of different public parks.
