A double bedroom for rent, in a terraced house (with a courtyard; behind the garden is Chinbrook Meadows Park), in the Grove Park-Lewisham area, on the border with Bromley, preferably for working professionals. The house is very welcoming and friendly, everyone's privacy is respected. The room and the house is fully furnished. I'm looking for someone who fits, is tidy and clean. Bills and internet included, free parking on the street, the bathroom is separate from the toilet. The house is 6 minutes from the bus station (284, 124, 126, 273) to Bromley, Catford, Eltham or Lewisham. High Street and 10 minutes from Grove Park Railway Station ( towards London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charing Cross, Waterloo) and bus 181, 261 and 136, towards Catford and Lewisham.
