My housemate is subletting her room in a two bedroom maisonette, £925PM bills included from Now til July 1st with possibility to extend. It’s a double room with a desk, the flat is well lit and located between Greenwich and Lewisham. It’s just a 15 minute bus from Lewisham station and within walking distance to several overground train stations. You can get to London Bridge, Waterloo, Woolwich and Greenwich fairly quickly so it’s really easy to get anything you need. The flat is smoker friendly 🍃, and we have two cats . You’ll be sharing with me, I’m Imani, 25 and a uni student, quite tidy and chill. We’re a queer and neurodivergent household, which you don’t have to be!
