Hello there,

I'm sadly leaving my room and moving on. This is a beautiful and very spacious house with lovely housemates.

Cix, Erin and Magda are now looking for someone to replace me. This is all female house, so we're looking preferable for another female or non-binary or someone identifying as female.

Cix is a musician, as well as Erin, so you will hear lovely music coming from both living room and upstairs room. They're very considerate people, so they won't make noise if you need quiet time. Magda is interested in poetry and enjoys occasional pint and chat in the garden.
Erin has a well behaved dog Rara, who often visits the house although is not here permanently (so ideally you like dogs or you aren't bothered by it).

House is located close to Ladywell Arena - about 10 mins walk to Ladywell station, Catford Bridge station, Catford Thameslink with direct train to London Bridge (10mins).

About 10mins bus to Lewisham shopping centre and DLR station. Bus stop 5 mins away, Tesco 5 mins away, Aldi 5 mins away. Close to anything you need really.

Rent is £531.25 + 1 month deposit £531.25 upfront.

Bills are roughly:
£6 wifi, £43 council tax, £15 water, £27 energy.

We're looking for someone to move in 3rd of November or before or a little after - set date is quite flexible.
