I'm renting the spare double bedroom room in my flat in the sought after One SE8/Deals Gateway development. This is for a Monday - Friday let, though the odd weekend is ok too.

Flat is Right next to Deptford Bridge DLR so you have great access to The City, Canary Wharf and Central London. Also a short walk to overground which takes you up to Shoreditch and more.

Room is listed as "en suite" but actually you have exclusive use of your own bathroom, but you do have to walk a step or two in the hall to get to it. Rent includes cost of broadband which is Hyperoptic fibre-to-the-home, extremely fast.

Access to the on-site gym and pool is included in the price, as is using the on-site concierge for package deliveries etc. Very helpful for Amazon!

I am the owner of the flat looking for a lodger. I'm generally pretty quiet with most evenings found at the gym then catching up on work.

My flat is one of the last to be completed in the development, and is therefore in great condition with good specification. I take good care of the place as it's my own, and expect you to as well :)

Details of the room - includes double bed with storage underneath, two bedside tables and wardrobe, desk and chair. Huge windows with loads of natural light and a view of the courtyard.

Kitchen is in good condition, loads of storage, includes full size dishwasher and I have most utensils/cutlery etc. which you're welcome to use.

Kitchen is open plan to a lounge with 55" TV. I am generally working in the evenings so you'll have lots of use of the TV if you want!

Price quoted does not include all bills - bills would just be 1/3 of electricity bill.

One month's deposit required up front and one month's rent paid in advance. Preference given to those with references/confirmation of employment etc.

Secure underground parking as available at an extra cost.
