Fully furnished double room in friendly quiet home suitable for a mature person. Please also note that there is a family cat.

The flat is located in zone 2/3 and is approximately a 10 minute walk into Lewisham town centre. There are 2 train stations into London, Hither Green or Lewisham. Lewisham also has the advantage of the DLR. Local shops and buses are just a short walk away.

You will have access to the large south-facing garden, an ideal place to relax during the summer. You will also have access to the common areas, i. e. Kitchen and bathroom. This is a non-smoking residence, however you are free to smoke in the garden.

The double room includes, double bed, (fridge optional), wardrobe with integrated draws.

A holding deposit of 2 weeks rent is required, together with a full month's rent in advance should you be interested in renting the room. This amount is to include all utility bills.

Please note the room shown is the sister room next door, which is the same size. However the room is available to view immediately.
