Hey yall!

I am subletting my garden-facing bedroom in our two-story maisonette with separate living room and kitchen in Telegraph Hill (between New Cross and Brockley) from the 6-27th of December. There are 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom. It's recently been renovated to a high standard and is fully furnished. The kitchen is fitted with Bosch appliances (including dishwasher and microwave) as well as a Bosch washer and dryer. You will have a clothing rail and I will clear my desk for space to work on. This is a perfect for people visiting for the holidays or those in between homes.

You will be living with Kevin (22), and Shannen (26). Kevin is currently at school at LCC studying sound arts. He's really sweet and loves disco music. Shannen is an A&R at a record label and also DJs. We are all friends and like to hang out together after work/school over some wine and a good series/film. We also go out quite a bit but rarely have people over and when we do its only maybe 1-2 people on the weekend before going out. This is NOT a party house or an afters house.

The closest stations are Brockley (7 min walk), New Cross Gate (14 min walk) and New Cross (11 min walk). We are located in Zone 2. Only a 10 min walk to Goldsmiths University, 35 min bus to LCC/London Southbank Uni, and 20 min bus to Camberwell College. There are 2 buses that are literally at our doorstep (171 & 172) as well as many other buses within a 2-5 min walking distances from us. There are a few parks (closest being Telegraph Hill) and a nature reserve near by. There are also plenty of cafes and bars with live music and food.
