4 bedroom flat - 3 rooms available to rent

I am currently living in a four bedroom flat, a 10 minute walk from queens road Peckham station and a 10 minute walk from new cross gate station. My current flatmates are moving out end of august but I would love to stay here as I have grown to love the area. There is everything you need here. I’m a 19 year old female and I work full time at a pub just up the road. I am a tidy person and don’t tolerate any mess. I need my living space to be clean to have a tidy mind. I am a singer/musician too, i would consider myself spiritual and open minded. If you respect me I will respect you. I have three rooms available, all doubles, one bigger then the other two though. They are all decent sizes. I will upload pictures once I get back home. We also have a garden two toilets and a nice living area space.
