Our housemate is heading off travelling, so the room is available for 6-months whilst they are away.
We have a great double room available in our home, which is conveniently within 5 minutes walk of most that Peckham has to offer.

The room - £440/month, has a double bed and enough space for a small desk.

It will be available from 5th November, so please only apply if willing to cover rent from then.

The Bills

Water comes to ~ £13/month
Gas & electric ~ £60/3 months
Internet ~ £6-7/mth
Council Tax ~ £26/mth

The House
Is big. We are 5 current housemates across 3 floors, with the top holding a large kitchen, lounge and roof terrace.
Us
We are all professionals working in science, media, advertising and IT who get on well with each other, have a drink together and watch tv from time to time, as well as having friends over on the weekends. We are also respectful of each other, particularly during the week when things are more chilled.

The Area
Peckham is well known for its bars and creative culture. We are located 5 min walk from Peckham Rye station, with Bellenden Road a stone’s throw away, multiple supermarkets and plenty of cafes about too.

You
We are ideally looking for a girl to join us to keep the balance in the house, and ideally in your mid 20s to early 30s.

Let us know a bit about yourself when getting in touch as we expect a lot of interest (due to the value) and won’t necessarily be able to get back to everybody.
