Us:
You'll be living with the lovely Rose! Rose is an early 30's professional working for the NHS as an onboarding specialist. Rose likes roller blading, rockclimbing, solo travelling, the outdoors, exploring London, and meeting new people. Rose equally enjoys hanging out with housemates, and also respects her own space.

YOU:
Looking for someone 28+ (please don’t apply if you are younger) who is clean and tidy, and equally keen for socialising with housemates over a TV series but also respects their own space.

Room:
We’ve got a cosy double room that gets lots of light. It comes furnished with a 4ft double bed, side table, small set of draws and a built in wardrobe space. There’s under-bed storage, too.

House:
The house has a lovely big living room, an outdoor patio with a shed and garden bed, 1.5 bathrooms, and lots of storage throughout.

Location:
Well connected - 15 min walk to Surrey Quays, New Cross Gate or Queens Road Peckham/20 mins to Canada Water/8 mins to South Bermondsey station (one stop away from London Bridge)/5 mins to Old Kent Road - loads of day and night buses to central.
Walking distance to Peckham, Deptford and New Cross with all of the shops and pubs to be enjoyed there!

Aldi, Lidl, and Iceland are 5ish minutes walk, or Asda, Sains and Tesco 15-20 mins away.

Rent:
Rent is £450/month + £100/month for bills (gas, electricity, TV license, wifi). Deposit is 1 month’s rent - £450.
