Beautifully designed loft room with stunning views across London.

Our current lodger is moving on soon, she's become part of family life, we've loved having her stay with us and was a very natural fit for us all. She can also provide a reference if needed and she'll probably be here for viewings if you wanted a chat.

The room is within our family home. We have 2 boys age 11 and 9. We're ideally looking for a professional female tenant but we're also keeping an open mind.

You would have use of the communal areas, kitchen, living, office etc..

We're a really relaxed friendly welcoming family but I do require someone who will take as good care of our home as we would. The loft room has only recently been finished and we require that the person renting keep it in its original condition and love it as much as we do ; )

Situated in Nunhead / Peckham Rye it's a 5 mins walk to Peckham Rye Park. Great transport links, Nunhead station is a 15 min walk or jump on a bus at the end of the road to Peckham Rye Station, Honor Oak Park, Brockley or Nunhead.

The room has 2 decent sized wardrobes, a very large comfy Super king bed from Loaf. Modern en-suite shower room with roof light.

The room is flooded with natural light. it's a lovely space that feels separate to the rest of the house. Hotel like. You will also have use of the office next door to the loft room which has a similar feel.

My partners a keen cyclist, there's room to store a bike also.

Access to Broadband is included in the rental as is gas and electricity, as long as you're not taking 30min showers daily its all good ;)

We're ideally looking at a 6mth rental with the prospect of becoming a longer agreement. But again keeping an open mind for the right fit. Will consider shorter lets but no shorter than 3 months.
