Social housemates wanted

We have one room available in a beautiful home in Peckham. We'll be moving in on 1st September and are looking for another sociable housemates.

ROOM 1 (£855) - a bright double room with ensuite. It's on its own floor at the top of the house with lots of storage (built-in wardrobes) and a sky light. Please note the room comes unfurnished.

The rest of the house is open plan, bright and spacious. It has a modern kitchen with lots of storage and a wine fridge(!), plus a dishwasher which is always a bonus. There are double french doors that open up into a good sized patio. There's also a spacious separate living room and obscene amount of toilets (2 bathrooms and separate toilet in addition to the ensuite).

The house is located in a great area. There is free on road parking and it's only a 4 minute walk to Queens Road Peckham overground station.

A little bit about us:

We both have friends in London who we socialise with but love spending time chilling on the sofa with wine, making dinner together and going to the pub.

I (Zoe) love sports - both playing and watching. I play hockey a couple of times a week. I'm a 'self proclaimed' board game champion and occasional poker winner

Lauren is into music and a bit on the arty side. She likes going to gigs and galleries and trying out weird crafts.

There's a third room that will be filled by either Zoe or Lauren's friend.
