I have 1 double bedroom available opposite Burgess Park SE15. Furnished with built in wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers and double bed plus a very good quality mattress.

High speed wireless broadband is included free of charge. All other bills are also included.

There is a cleaner who comes every other week and costs £10 per flatmate per visit.

It is a split level flat on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a block. The building is very secure and safe with a video entry phone.

The kitchen has a 2 fridges, a freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer machine, plus a double oven and hob.

The bathroom has been recently renovated with good water pressure and a heated towel rail.

There is also a communal living room with a big balcony.

Burgess Park is across the road and its great for walking, running, cycling and fantastic for BBQs and picnics in the summer.

There are 2 bus stops with 2 routes each both a very short walk: 5 mins for the 63 or 363 and 6 mins for the 136 or 343.

You can also walk a few more minutes to Walworth Road or Old Kent Road for more buses.

The area is well connected for cyclists and the building also has a lift

There are 2 large supermarkets a short walk through the park.

Cool neighbourhoods Elephant and Peckham are both just over a mile away there is plenty to see, do and eat!
