Very good size double room furnished with double bed, large mirrored wardrobe and chest of drawers available 10 mins from Peckham. The room is a good size but possibly too small for a desk. The current tenant in the room uses the living room as their work space however, which we're more than happy for the new flatmate to continue if they need to work from home :)

We’re two young professionals looking for another young professional to move in after 12th December but we are flexible if someone wants to move in a little later and can push the date back as far as 2nd/3rd January. Ideally we’re looking for someone relaxed, sociable and clean. We enjoy watching films, drinking (a lot of) gin, cooking Sunday roasts and going on flatmate dates to explore Peckham.

The flat boasts a huge living room (definitely the best feature) with balcony and there is plenty of storage available. There is great wifi (virgin media) and we have TV included in the monthly rent.

Both of us are currently working from home, Sam is a mental health worker and Emma works for a tech company, so we need someone who is ok with being quiet within reason during working hours in the week.

Peckham has a great day and night life (not in rona times obvs) and the flat has the 63, 78, 363 and 361 busses running the road next to the flat so there’s easy access to central London within an hour. There’s also lovely burgess park a 10 min walk away and the flat is in a quiet residential building that’s well looked after with free parking available.

We’re holding online viewings to start with, with shortlisted in person interviews happening in December, again were totally flexible around these dates. Honestly the flat is a great find and the pictures really don't do it any justice, so a viewing is definitely recommended! Text or message me for more details and to arrange a viewing ☺️
