I have a clean bright room which is part of a house conversion located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the border of New Cross and Peckham. The property is large, has high ceilings. It has lots of space and plenty of natural light coming in and contains all mod cons. The room itself is 12ft by 12ft and is carpeted, there is a double wall-bed that pulls out (see image) and Double wardrobe.

Please note: There is no lounge area.

Hi I am looking for a lodger that is responsible, who will respect my privacy and vice-versa of course. A non-smoker, clean and mature! I work and study so enjoy coming home to a peaceful quiet household. So if you're the party/noisy type that has loads of friends then this place is not for you. This place is ideal for a professional.

This is also a vegetarian (well trying to be!) household.

I also have two cats:-)

The maximum length of stay is 6 months, however could be longer if agreed.

NOTE: Open to weekdays or weekends only arrangements - the price can be negotiable
